2. Product Scope

Aethonex sells licensed self-hosted AI infrastructure software for one-time ownership. Core products — Client Shield Workspace (£1,997), Performance Sovereignty OS (£2,997), and Complete Bundle (£4,297) — include downloadable software packages, configuration templates, deployment documentation, and license credentials. You deploy on your server using the included documentation. Deliverables are defined in the purchase confirmation and product documentation.

2a. One-Time Ownership Model

Core product purchases are one-time transactions. Permanent license ownership transfers to the purchaser upon digital delivery of the software package. No recurring subscription is required. Optional Annual Software Maintenance Plan (£997/year) is available but never mandatory.

3. Enquiries and Pre-Sales Support

Submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase obligation. Software licenses are acquired through checkout. Pre-sales enquiries receive product information only.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aethonex retains ownership of its pre-existing software, methods, frameworks, templates, and branding. Upon purchase, the licensee receives a perpetual license to deploy the purchased software stack on infrastructure they control. Client data remains the property of the licensee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or communications.

6. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party services such as payment processors or communication providers. Aethonex is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aethonex excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Product liability, if any, is governed by the purchase terms and applicable law.
