Aethonex automates and rebuilds the workflows that cost businesses the most time. We quote a fixed price, build the thing, and hand it over. Software comes later - only from problems that keep proving themselves.
WHAT AETHONEX IS
We are not a platform vendor and not an AI agency.
Aethonex is a service and software company. The service is the business: finding the workflow that costs the most, automating or rebuilding it, and handing over something the client controls.
That means we do not open a conversation with a product. We do not describe unbuilt software as though it were available. We do not sell seats, licences, or an all-in-one suite, and we do not enrol clients into a platform in place of delivering the work they paid for.
Automation is a means, not the pitch. If a workflow should not be automated, we will tell you that instead of selling the engagement.

Sell the service
Paid client work is how we learn what a business actually needs - not a discovery workshop, not a survey, not a guess.
Deliver it properly
Fixed scope, fixed price, written handover. The client ends the engagement holding a working system they own.
Watch for the repeat
If the same problem shows up in separate engagements, with the same shape, it becomes a candidate for software.
Only then build software
And only if it can be documented, supported, and handed over without trapping the client inside it.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
Claims we are not prepared to make.
- No guessing at outcomes we have not measured.
- No claiming a product we have not shipped.
- No guarantee standing in for a scope.
- No dependency engineered into what we build.
- No invented customer numbers, case studies, or savings figures.
If you want proof of results, we will ask a client for permission to share the specifics of their engagement - and if we do not have permission yet, we will say that too.
ACCOUNTABILITY
One senior architect, directly accountable.
You work directly with Abdelmoïz, the architect accountable for the design, build, and handover of your system. There is no handoff to a delivery team after signing.
One architect means direct context, faster decisions, and a single accountable owner from the first conversation through to documented handover. If a project needs more capacity than that, we say so before taking it on.
