How we handle inquiries, client data, and systems access.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us, request a calculation, or submit an intake form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, team size, website, and notes describing your workflow. We do not collect payment card numbers directly; payments are handled by our payment processor (PayPal).
2. How we use your information
We use inquiry information solely to respond to your request, assess fit for an engagement, issue scopes and invoices, and deliver the agreed services. We do not sell, rent, or trade inquiry information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Systems data during delivery
During an active engagement, work is performed inside customer-controlled infrastructure or agreed environments. Aethonex does not retain copies of client operational data after project completion and handover, except for deliverables (such as written reports, code, and documentation) retained for client reference and administrative records.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics (such as self-hosted or cookieless analytics) to understand general traffic trends without profiling individual visitors across third-party websites.
5. Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your inquiry details or a copy of information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond to such requests within 30 days.
