Fixed fee, due before the engagement starts. Scope, deliverables, and exclusions are confirmed in writing first.

A written record of the paid platforms in use, seat and usage costs, connector fees, and what each one is actually for.

Breakage and dependency map
Where the workflow depends on a single connection, an unmonitored integration, or a manual step nobody owns.
Data flow summary
A written summary of what data moves through which systems for the workflow in scope, and where it is held. This describes the arrangement; it is not a compliance certification.
One workflow rebuilt and deployed
One real workflow, rebuilt and running against your data in an environment you control. Not a demo, and not a mock-up.
Written roadmap
The sequence for anything that follows: what to do next, what it would involve, and where the risk sits.
Ownership pack
Administrative access, source code, configuration, and a written runbook covering how the system runs and how it is restored.
Recorded handover walkthrough
A recorded call covering the architecture, the routine maintenance tasks, and how to change the workflow without us.

The plan below is the agreed schedule. It is a delivery plan, not a performance promise: if the agreed scope changes, the schedule changes with it and you are told before it does.
Kickoff call
Lock the scope, confirm the workflow in scope, and agree how we access the environment.
Check-in call
Review the inventory and cost findings and confirm the rebuild approach.
Workflow review
Walk through the rebuilt workflow running in your environment and raise gaps inside the agreed scope.
Handover call
Transfer access, code, and documentation, and record the walkthrough.
EXCLUSIONS (WHAT KEEPS THE PRICE FIXED):
Anything on this list can be quoted separately if you want it. It is excluded here so the sprint has one job and one price.
OWNERSHIP AND HANDOVER
The system runs in an environment you control.
Before the build starts we agree where the workflow will run - your own server, your own cloud or hosting account, or another arrangement you nominate. Access is provisioned for the engagement and rotated or revoked at handover.
- Written scope confirming deliverables, exclusions, timeline, price, and owner.
- Administrative access to the environment the workflow runs in, held in your name.
- Source code and configuration for everything built during the sprint.
- A written runbook covering routine operation and restoration.
- A recorded handover walkthrough on the final call.
- No dependency on Aethonex to keep it running, and no implied ongoing fee.
Where the sprint touches personal or client data, the arrangement follows the written scope: what is processed, where it is held, and for how long. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
