3. One live owned workflow

IMPORTANT SCOPE NOTE:

If the agreed reporting or automation workflow is not live by the end of day 10, you pay nothing for the Sprint. There is no ambiguity: live means the agreed workflow is operating in the owned environment.
The guarantee assumes timely access, decisions, and source information from your team. If the scope changes or a hidden cleanup requirement emerges, it is surfaced clearly rather than buried inside an artificial promise.
FOUNDING CLIENT PROGRAM
The first 6 Sprint clients work under Founding terms.
Aethonex is a new firm with senior delivery capacity and a controlled client intake. The first 6 Stack Ownership Sprint clients receive Founding Client terms that reflect this early stage.
FOUNDING CLIENT TERMS:
- First 6 clients only. Intake is capacity-constrained, not promotional.
- Priority scheduling. Founding Clients are scheduled ahead of the general intake queue.
- Full $4,500 Sprint fee credited toward any larger rebuild engagement initiated within 60 days.
- Locked retainer rate for 12 months if the engagement continues into ongoing operations support.
- Case study participation (with client approval). Founding Clients may be referenced anonymously or by name, subject to written agreement.
The Sprint price remains $4,500 fixed. The guarantee remains: live by day 10 or you pay nothing. Founding terms are a capacity-stage benefit, not a discount.
