COMMERCIAL GUARDRAILS
How engagements are governed.
Written scope first
Deliverables, exclusions, timeline, price, and owner are confirmed in writing before payment is accepted.
Fixed fee, payable before start
Work begins once payment has cleared. The fee covers the agreed scope in full.
No subscriptions or retainers
Each engagement is a fixed project. There are no automatic renewals, per-seat licences, or implied ongoing fees.
Accepted rails
Payments are processed via official PayPal invoices or merchant links. Bank transfer is available on request for Sprint scopes.
Scope changes
If the scope needs to change during an engagement, it is re-scoped and re-approved in writing before the work is done.
Written handover
Every build concludes with access, source code, runbook documentation, and a recorded walkthrough.
