Refund Policy

1. Core Product Purchases

One-time ownership purchases — Client Shield Workspace (£1,997), Performance Sovereignty OS (£2,997), and Complete Bundle (£4,297) — are final once the downloadable software package, license credentials, and deployment documentation have been delivered. Refunds are not available after digital delivery has been issued.

2. Free Resources

The Sovereign PPC Creative Engine kit and self-serve infrastructure assessment tool are free and not subject to refund.

3. Digital Package Delivery

After purchase, you receive the complete licensed software package — Docker Compose stacks, configuration templates, prompts, and deployment documentation — for self-hosted deployment on your infrastructure. Once download access and license credentials have been issued, fees are non-refundable per the purchase terms.

4. Optional Annual Support Plan

The optional Annual Software Maintenance Plan (£997/year) covers quarterly updates and security patches. It is available after core product purchase only. Fees already earned for an active period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Core product purchases do not require any recurring commitment.

5. Purchase Cancellation

If you request to cancel a purchase before digital delivery, refund treatment depends on the purchase confirmation, whether download access and license credentials have been issued, and any costs already incurred for license preparation.

6. Delivery Failure or Billing Error

If you believe you were billed incorrectly or that Aethonex materially failed to deliver the licensed software package described in your purchase confirmation, contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected, and any refund or credit decision will be handled according to the purchase terms and applicable law.

7. Custom Contract Terms

Where specific product purchase terms include refund, cancellation, or credit provisions, those terms govern the transaction.
